Conversion Notes: This write-up uses Champions 5th edition rules. Note that a rusalka's natural form is that of a human woman with green skin, but they can assume a more human color mostly at will, except under the light of the full moon, which is why I gave them Distinctive Features which were easily concealable. The Characteristics cost for the SPD takes into account the bonus from the DEX. (*)=This power draws on their Endurance Reserve for END.
The rusalka are selfish air spirits of the Russian forests who like to taunt and tease men. They are often evil or selfish. They are seemingly immortal and have a variety of magic spells and psionic abilities.
Note: Also has Fuel Flame and Escape spells.
