Explanation of the conversion:
History: After the spark of Silverbolt III was captured by Megatron II, it was used to create the new Vehicon general, Jetstorm IV (Fires of the Past).
''Only three errors in your little theory, Maximal. One, we're not drones. Two, we're not mindless. Three, problem's my middle name! '' - Jetstorm IV
With no memory of his noble past he was appointed general of Megatron II's aero-drones, Jetstorm IV
became the hotshot lord of the skies over the enslaved planet of Cybertron. Quite a talker, he tended to engage in tactics
of verbal intimidation. His headstrong attitude and less than modest personality often caused friction with the other
generals - but his impressive combat abilities spoke for themselves.
At first Blackarachnia thought that Vehicon general Thrust II held the spark of
Silverbolt III. She discovered that Thrust II was actually Waspinator. After Jetstorm IV was
exposed to material from the organic core of Cybertron he briefly regained the personality of Silverbolt III.
Using a DNA scanner and a spark extractor Blackarachnia was able to reformat Jetstorm IV into a technorganic condor and
return his memories permanently. He rejoined the Maximals under Optimus Primal.
''Get it through your head. I don't care who you think I was, Silverbolt has left the building.'' - Jetstorm IV
After the defeat of Megatron II the planet Cybertron was left reformatted into a techno-organic world.
On the reformatted techno-organic Cybertron Cheetor, Rattrap,
Silverbolt III and Blackarachnia were interviewed by the
Autobot reporter Rook. They then welcomed the Autobots
Roulette, Shadowstriker, Sideswipe, Sunstreaker and Trailbreaker back to Cybertron. Buzzsaw III, Quickstrike II and Rockbuster were also present. The returning Autobots along with Blackarachnia and Silverbolt
III were then abducted via teleportation beams and taken to Unicron. Tap-Out, Megatron IV, Brawn, Grimlock and Snarl III were also abducted from various timelines.
Silverbolt III, Blackarachnia, Sideswipe and Sunstreaker were forcibly reformatted by Unicron. Taken captive by Razorclaw
IV, Reptilion, Obsidian III, Tankor II and Striker, the Autobots were forced to fight one another. They witnessed
Smokescreen III kill Smokescreen, whose spark was absorbed by Unicron. Sensing the need for a champion Primus and Alpha
Trion brought Optimus Primal back to life (Transformers: Universe #1).
Silverbolt III was then capturd by Unicron and reformatted to more closely resemble his original Fuzor form, but
he then escaped Unicron (Transformers: Universe #2).
Trivia: On the Beast Machines television show, the voice of
Jetstorm IV is played by actor Brian Drummand.
Jetstorm IV shouldn't be confused with Jetstorm, a Decepticon who turns into a car, Jetstorm II, an Autobot who turns into a car, Jetstorm III,
a Predacon who turns into a dragonfly, or Jetstorm V, a Mini-Con who turns into a jet. The toy of Jetstorm IV is similar to that of Transformers: Universe Cyclonus.
Powers: Jetstorm IV is highly energy efficient, strong, smart, tough and has considerable firepower and skill, but it all pales compared to
his speed. He can assume the form of a Cybertonian jet and is able to fly in both modes with ease. He rarely lowers himself
to touching ground, prefering to hover over it, even in robot mode. He is equipped with laser weapons and plasma bombs.
Weaknesses: Jetstorm IV is arrogant and insufferable, even with other Vehicon generals. Like all Vehicons Generals
created by Megatron II, Jetstorm IV is unable to directly attack Megatron II.
